Bragging

Remember when I said I was training for a half marathon in April?

Well, I've been running three days a week, spinning one day a week, and strength training twice a week since then and... I ran five miles today.

In 48 minutes.*

Suck it, naysayers.




*I know this isn't very fast, but as long as I come in under a 10-minute mile, I'm stoked.
